Interning with Greenpeace is an exciting chance to work with the world’s largest environmental organization, take it from Alexa. “Being an intern with Greenpeace was an incredible opportunity for me to not only refine some of the skills that I had learned as a GOT student, but to gain more hands on knowledge about the way Greenpeace campaigns are run.  I was able to build relationships within Greenpeace, train volunteers, and get a deeper understanding of all of the elements so crucial to a successful campaign.  Best of all, I felt that I was playing a larger role in this movement.” –Alexa Markley, Global Warming intern in San Francisco, Summer 2009.
